In case you’ve been wondering how The Pollyanna Plan came about, here is my first ever blog post from January 24th 2013. 🙂
Two and a half years on, I’m able to say for certain that YES, positive, happy feelings really can improve health and promote healing. I’m the living, breathing proof. Yippee! 😀
I know if I don’t announce my plan to the world, I’ll never get around to doing it.
So, here we go…. (drum roll)…. the launch of The Pollyanna Plan.
A little background: I have been ill/sick/unwell, whatever you want to call it, pretty much most of my life in one way or another. But for the last 6 years, my health has deteriorated and things have been tough. I’ve been unable to work, socialise or lead a “normal life.” In fact, most days I am too unwell to leave the house or do much at all.
