So the other day I spotted a post on lovely blog The Pollyanna Plan about a 30 day happiness challenge, which sounded right up my street. The challenge started on Tuesday and works through a private Facebook group, where each day members write a post or share a photo about something they’re thankful for.
This idea is obviously nothing new; I did the 100 Happy Days challenge last year, and there are always similar mini-challenges going round on Facebook. And they’re all great, because anything that makes you focus on the positive, even if you’ve had a rubbish day, can only be a good thing.
But what I particularly like about this challenge is that it’s not just a bunch of people talking into a void; it’s a community, with members from all over the world. So each time you post, it’s not just you who gets to enjoy your happy thing; other…
