Here’s a Pollyanna Plan tip for days when it’s a little harder to get those happy, positive vibes flowing:
- Write a list of all your happiest memories.
- Then spend 10 – 15 minutes going through your list and re-living each memory in as much detail as possible.
- Close your eyes if it helps and really take yourself back to that moment in time, seeing all the things around you, hearing the sounds, smelling the smells and, most importantly, FEELING those joyful feelings.
I guarantee you’ll be so much happier by the time you finish.
How do I know? Because I’ve just done it myself.
