A Record Breaking Day – Day 301 of The Pollyanna Plan

Oh wow! Today is the second day this week that I have had enough energy to make it through the day WITHOUT having to rest in the afternoon.

I know to some this doesn’t sound like much, but for me this is HUGE!

And, not only have I managed the WHOLE day without a nap, but I have also done the following:

  • Woken up at 8am (MUCH earlier than I’m accustomed to.)
  • Spent over 2 hours this morning doing the second class of my 6 week online program.
  • Socialised over lunch and afternoon tea with my Mum’s friends who came over (something that would usually exhaust me completely)
  • Walked the dogs .
  • And now I’m writing this post.

And if all that isn’t enough reason to celebrate, last night I received another generous donation for Save the Children from an extremely kind person who follows The Pollyanna Plan. Thank you so, so much!!

So now the total amount raised  for Save the Children by The Pollyanna Plan is £419.03! AMAZING!

Day 301, Reason 301: Today I am super happy and grateful for a record breaking day! 🙂

If you have enjoyed reading my posts and following me on my journey to find 365 reasons to feel glad/happy/joyful for 365 days, maybe you would be kind enough to sponsor me for a small amount of money.

ALL sponsorship donations go directly to Save the Children, who are at present working on the ground in the Philippines doing whatever it takes to get life-saving supplies to children and families. 5.4 million children, 460,000 under 2-years-old, have been affected in the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
