Catchy title, isn’t it? 😉 Ok, well maybe not, but I was trying to encapsulate my reason to feel glad/happy/joyful today into as few words as possible.
I think I’d better just tell you the longer version:
This morning, I was sitting out on our balcony in the warm sunshine thinking about everything in my life I feel grateful for. The main one being my vastly improved health and all the things that have been brought into my life since the start of The Pollyanna Plan that have helped me on my wellness journey. (Yippee!)
About an hour later I was scrolling through my Facebook news feed when one of those sponsored posts caught my eye. I don’t usually pay any attention to these posts, but the word “thyroid” in the title jumped out at me.
I clicked on the link and found myself reading an article called Do You Make These Common Thyroid Treatment Mistakes? Having been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease (an autoimmune condition where the immune system attacks and kills off the thyroid) in 2009, I was eager to find out more.
When I finished reading I had a big smile on my face, as over the past couple of years I have been addressing all the points highlighted in the article. I felt like I had been given another sign from the Universe telling me that I’m on the right track.
There are still a few things I need to work on, but I believe the solutions/answers will show up at exactly the right time for me. I’ve signed up for the free online workshop advertised in the article, as you never know, it might be just the thing! 🙂
Day 276, Reason 276: Today I am so very happy and grateful for the signs I’ve received from the Universe, for the astonishing power of appreciation AND for the confirmation that I’m doing all the right things to lead a healthy, happy life. 🙂
