The Only Way Is UP!- Day 262 of The Pollyanna Plan

Day 262, Reason 262: Today I am really happy and very grateful to be feeling a little better and to have more flexibility in my neck and shoulder. Hoorah! 🙂

Today I have managed some gentle yoga stretches, a short stroll with the dogs and several activities from my Wellness Action Plan.

The very best part is that underneath this severe muscular pain, (caused be a repetitive strain injury), I really am feeling a lot better! Woohoo!

From now on, the only way is UP!
