OMG! We’ve Raised £400 for Save the Children – Day 260 of The Pollyanna Plan

Last night I received an email that made me jump for joy – not literally as my neck injury won’t allow for that quite yet, but inside I was bouncing!

The email was from The Pollyanna Plan’s Just Giving page to let me know that someone had sponsored me by donating money to Save the Children. A huge thank you to you – I REALLY do appreciate it. You made my day!

And the most amazing thing is that, thanks to all the wonderful people who have donated so far, we have now raised over £400 (about 640 USD) for Save the Children. Yippee! I couldn’t be happier as I know what a difference that sum of money will make to children around the world.

Day 260, Reason 260: Today I am overjoyed and so very grateful to all the people who have sponsored me. I am so excited to have raised over £400 for such a worthy cause. Yey us! 🙂

With just 105 days to go of The Pollyanna Plan, wouldn’t it be brilliant if we could raise £500 for Save the Children? Imagine how excited I’d be then????!!!!

105 reasons to feel glad/happy/joyful to find

If you would like to sponsor me on my journey to find 365 reasons to feel glad/happy/joyful for 365 days, by making a donation to Save the Children, I would be extremely grateful.

Just £3.00 pays for enough antibiotics to save 10 babies from pneumonia.

Even a small donation can do so much.

ALL donations go directly to Save the Children.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
